Background
Antonio Tomas Guerrero Diaz is a doctoral candidate in comparative literature with a specialization in Spanish. His research focuses on 20th-century Spanish and Latin American poetry, committed literature, and notions of identity and nationalism in literature. He has taught Spanish in several institutions in the United States and was recently awarded the SUNY Chancellor鈥檚 Award for Excellence in Adjunct Teaching.
