  • Interprofessional Education Program Committee

    The Interprofessional Education Program Committee serves as the central decision-making body guiding interprofessional education at 黑料不打烊. Composed of faculty, staff, and student representatives from health and human service disciplines, the committee provides operational leadership across all aspects of the program. From developing policies to overseeing curriculum, planning, assessment, and evaluation, this committee ensures that IPE initiatives remain innovative, inclusive, and aligned with university and accreditation standards. The IPE Program Committee is further broken down into three focus areas to support the students, faculty, and staff: 
    1. IPE Curriculum and Assessment Committee

      Tasked with shaping the educational experience, the Curriculum and Assessment Committee reviews and evaluates all interprofessional courses and learning experiences. The committee ensures alignment with IPEC competencies, supports the development of effective instructional design, and oversees assessment strategies to measure student learning and program effectiveness. This group plays a key role in maintaining academic excellence and continuous improvement in IPE.
    2. IPE Governance and Policy Committee

      The Governance and Policy Committee focuses on the development and review of program policies that support the structure and sustainability of interprofessional education. From faculty workload considerations to the integration of IPE into promotion and tenure guidelines, this committee helps ensure that governance practices reflect the collaborative nature and long-term goals of the IPE program.

    3. IPE Professional Development Committee

      The Professional Development Committee is dedicated to supporting faculty and staff engagement in interprofessional collaboration. This committee leads orientation efforts for new educators, coordinates professional development and continuing education opportunities, and fosters scholarly activity related to IPE. Through these efforts, the committee builds a strong foundation for interprofessional practice and lifelong learning across disciplines.
