  • Credit Cards

    now using your credit card. To make a credit card gift by phone, call 607-777-6929 between 8:30 a.m. and 4 p.m. Eastern time, Monday through Friday.

  • Cash and Checks

    We don't recommend sending cash through the mail. Cash gifts can be made in person by going to the ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ Foundation’s Gift and Donor Records office on the ground floor of Old O’Connor Hall (OO-G044), ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ.

  • Stocks and Securities

    These gifts can be donated via registered mail, electronic transfer or in person at the ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ Foundation. stating the purpose of your gift, the number of shares and the name of the stock are required.

    Registered Mail

    To give by registered mail, send a copy of your unendorsed stock certificates and a letter of intent. Under separate cover, send a signed stock power with bank medallion guarantee seal.     Electronic Transfer

    To give by electronic transfer, contact Kyra Schnauber, senior director of gift and donor records, at 607-777-6516 or kschnaub@binghamton.edu.     Write and send a copy to the ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ Foundation. Notify your broker that you want to transfer stock to the ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ Foundation account. Include the above account information and note any restrictions on the gift. The Foundation will provide a receipt for your tax records.

    In Person

    To make your gift in person, bring the certificates, signed with a bank medallion guarantee seal, and a to the ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ Foundation's Gift and Donor Records office on the ground floor of Old O'Connor Hall (OO-G044), ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ.

  • Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)

    EFT offers a fast, convenient way to support ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ on an ongoing basis. With your permission, the ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ Foundation will automatically withdraw an amount you specify from your checking account around the 10th of each month. Your monthly bank statement will provide you with a record of each transaction and, for tax purposes, you'll also receive a receipt from the ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ Foundation each January showing your entire year's contribution. You may cancel or change your EFT authorization at any time by emailing bingfund@binghamton.edu or calling 607-777-6209.

  • Matching Gifts

    If you or your spouse work for a company with a matching gift program, the impact of your gift to support ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ could go twice as far — or possibly more. Matching gifts are a company's way of multiplying the benefits of their employees' charitable gifts. Contact your employer’s human resources department for more information or check out this search tool to see if your employer will match your gift.
