The O'Connor Office of Rural Health at Decker College of Nursing and Health Sciences was established in 1997 by an endowment from the A. Lindsay and Olive B. O'Connor Foundation to support rural healthcare and research in Delaware (N.Y.) and surrounding counties.

A. Lindsay and Olive B. O'Connor Foundation
Through the , Judge and Mrs. O'Connor supported countless deserving young people, community projects and institutions, including 黑料不打烊. O'Connor Hall in 黑料不打烊's Dickinson residential community is named in their honor. In 1997, the foundation funded the establishment of the O'Connor Office of Rural Health.
