- Students who require additional credits for academic purposes can submit a request using the . Approval is based on course requirements, academic need, and responsible printing practices.
- You will receive an email when your remaining print credit balance drops below 20% (174 credits). This will help you monitor your usage and give you time to request additional credits if required for academic work.
- ITS will review submitted requests for additional credits during normal business hours, Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. A request that is received after 5:00 pm, or on the weekends will be reviewed the next business day. If printing is found to not be academic in nature, the review may refer students to alternative printing solutions.
