What is a Campus Climate Survey?
A Campus Climate Survey allows the campus community to share their voices and experiences regarding diversity, inclusion and belonging in a structured format.
Participation is always voluntary and confidential. Survey data is collected and analyzed to more fully understand the perceptions and experiences of students, faculty and staff, evaluate progress on climate issues related to diversity, equity and belonging and identify potential next steps and/or new initiatives for the University.
