Reservation requests

The Union utilizes the Bthere Room Scheduling system to manage events and reservations. To view all available rooms to request through Bthere, visit the link below. Please note that The Union office only processes requests for Union rooms, the YS Kim Korean Student Center and specific outdoor locations.

NOTE: Review all guidelines and polices before submitting your reservation request(s). Includes information on reservation rules, confirmations, switches and cancellations as well as tabling and large space guidelines. Food and beverage Policy, Off-campus vendor requirements and more.

Each University-recognized student group is permitted one account to place reservations on behalf of the group. Once the form is processed, your student account will be upgraded to submit requests for space across campus.


Reservation Locations

YS Kim Korean Student Center

Located in Old Champlain Hall, room 101, is available for everyday use, meetings and programming. Visit the YS Kim Korean Student Center (YS Kim KSC) reservations website for more information on how to plan your next event.

Hinman Culinary Makerspace

The on-campus Culinary Makerspace is a commercial-grade kitchen, created for student culinary exploration, on the ground floor of the Hinman Dining Center.

John Arthur Caf茅

The John Arthur Caf茅 may be reserved Monday through Thursday between 5-10 p.m. Contact The Union staff for more information on reserving the John Arthur Caf茅: union@binghamton.edu or 607-777-3300
